Consultation Fees
If you have paid for a consultation and decide not to proceed with our services after the initial meeting, we offer a partial refund of the consultation fee. Please note that any refund requests must be made within 7 days of the consultation date.
Retainer Fees
For clients who have engaged our services and paid a retainer fee, the refund is contingent upon the amount of work completed on your case. If you choose to terminate our services, we will provide an itemized statement of work completed, and a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the remaining balance.
Conditions for Refund
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Once a case has been initiated and legal services have begun.
- If significant work has been performed related to your case.
- For administrative or filing fees that may have been incurred.
